Terms & Conditions of
8sivp Platform Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "8sivp", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://8sivp.net and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Platform" — the totality of services, games, tools, and content made available via the 8sivp website, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets.
• "Member", "you", "your" — any individual who has completed the 8sivp registration process and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the individual member account created upon successful registration, through which the Member accesses all Platform services and manages their IDR balance.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held within a Member's Account denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), excluding any bonus credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Credits" — promotional funds credited to a Member's Account under a specific promotion and subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a Member must stake using Bonus Credits before those credits (and any associated winnings) become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process 8sivp applies to confirm a Member's eligibility and prevent fraud and money laundering.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to, or use of, the Platform is unlawful under applicable local or national law.
• "Effective Date" — 1 January 2026, the date from which the current version of these Terms & Conditions applies.

Use of the 8sivp Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their Account remains active:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Member accounts.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. 8sivp enforces a strict 21+ policy consistent with responsible gaming best practice for the Indonesian market. Any Member found to be under 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their Account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by local, regional, or national law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 8sivp or any of its affiliated entities, payment processing partners, or game content providers.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether initiated voluntarily through the 8sivp responsible gaming tools or imposed by 8sivp — that remains active at the time of attempted registration or login.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the 8sivp Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes.

KYC Verification: 8sivp reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any point, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time during the life of your Account. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) issued by the Indonesian government.
• Valid passport (for non-KTP holders).
• Recent bank statement or utility bill (dated within 90 days) confirming your registered residential address.
• Selfie photograph holding your identity document, as directed by the 8sivp verification team.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, after a further 14-day notice period, Account closure. 8sivp processes all identity documents in compliance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 8sivp will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

All financial transactions on the 8sivp Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 8sivp does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies; no currency conversion is applied and no conversion fees are charged to Members.

Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds for each payment method are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction and may be updated by 8sivp without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. During periods of high network load or scheduled maintenance windows, processing may take longer. 8sivp accepts no liability for delays attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes during standard operating hours. 8sivp reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests that exceed designated threshold amounts.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• 8sivp reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any fraud, abuse, or integrity investigation.
• Any funds deposited that are determined to be proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the Account will be permanently closed.
• 8sivp does not charge Members a withdrawal processing fee, though the Member's own bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

8sivp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 8sivp promotions unless the individual promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only, subject to the eligibility criteria in Clause 2.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• All Bonus Credits must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings or remaining bonus balance may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: live casino games, slots, and sportsbook bets typically contribute at different rates as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Credits and winnings derived from Bonus Credits that have not yet met Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 8sivp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Members who have validly claimed a promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated bet hedging, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in cancellation of all bonus credits and associated winnings and may result in Account closure.

8sivp makes no representation that any promotional offer will be available at any given time. Promotional availability may be restricted based on the Member's location, account status, wagering history, or other criteria determined by 8sivp at its discretion.

The following general betting rules apply across all wagering products offered on the 8sivp Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel lottery) are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

Sportsbook: Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or altered except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly available and offered for the relevant market. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or voided will be refunded at the original stake. 8sivp reserves the right to void bets where manifestly incorrect odds have been published due to a technical error or human input error. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the specific combination rules published in the sportsbook section.

Live Casino: All live casino games on 8sivp — including those operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round (where determined) will stand. 8sivp will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine connectivity disputes in good faith.

Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Malfunction voids all pays and play. The slot gacor (high-RTP slot) listings on 8sivp reflect independently published RTP data and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

Togel: Togel draw results are published live in the Member dashboard immediately upon draw completion. Results are final once published. 8sivp will not entertain disputes based on Member interpretation of draw rules after a result has been officially declared.

8sivp reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum stake limits on any game, event, or market at any time. Stake limits may vary by Member account and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8sivp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or vulnerabilities in any Platform component. Any such exploit must be reported immediately to 8sivp support; exploitation for personal gain will result in forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live blackjack, or sportsbook markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information betting, or any form of sports integrity violation in the sportsbook.
• Using the Platform to launder funds of any origin.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any completed deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with 8sivp support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8sivp staff or other Members through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

All content on the 8sivp Platform — including but not limited to the 8sivp brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8sivp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8sivp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without 8sivp's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use 8sivp's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any form without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 8sivp intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 8sivp and its licensors.

8sivp collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 8sivp.net/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 8sivp — including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, and financial transaction history — is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

8sivp will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game content providers) strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services. All such providers are contractually bound to maintain equivalent data security standards.

8sivp applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Sensitive account and payment data is stored in encrypted form. For full details of your data rights and 8sivp's data retention practices, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8sivp's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8sivp shall not be liable for any of the following, even if 8sivp has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made by the Member, including wagering outcomes on any game or sportsbook market.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications outages, or cyberattacks), or events beyond 8sivp's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's Account arising from the Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Termination by 8sivp: 8sivp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 8sivp has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the financial security of other Members.

Where an Account is closed by 8sivp for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Credits are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Where an Account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to underage gambling, identity fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering — 8sivp reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including any real-money Balance.

Termination by the Member: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 8sivp customer support. Prior to Account closure, you may withdraw any real-money Balance subject to KYC verification being complete and there being no outstanding withdrawal restrictions. Once an Account is closed at the Member's request, it may not be reopened; a new registration will be required, subject to standard eligibility criteria.

Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform on responsible gaming grounds may activate the self-exclusion tool in their account settings or request exclusion via the support team. Self-excluded Members will not be permitted to register a new account during the exclusion period. 8sivp takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will make all reasonable efforts to enforce exclusions across the Platform and associated marketing communications.

8sivp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect Member rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus policies, or eligibility criteria — 8sivp will provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice via email to the registered address associated with your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

For non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information), 8sivp may publish an updated version of the Terms without advance notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will reflect the date from which the most current version applies.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 11.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. 8sivp operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of the licensing jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and 8sivp arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes should be raised in writing by contacting 8sivp customer support at the email address provided in Clause 14.

8sivp will acknowledge receipt of a written complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a full response within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, 8sivp may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body in accordance with the requirements of its licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. 8sivp does not seek to exclude any legal rights that cannot be lawfully excluded.
